Salary Calculator
Estimate monthly in-hand pay from salary components, employee PF and an illustrative new-regime tax figure.
How in-hand is estimated
Monthly gross is the sum of the components. PF is a percentage of basic. Professional tax is the monthly amount you enter. Income tax is an illustrative new-regime annual figure divided by 12.
In-hand estimate
In-hand ≈ Gross − PF − professional tax − income tax / 12
Tax is estimated from illustrative new-regime slabs. This is a payroll sketch, not Form 16.
Frequently asked questions
Are these tax figures current law?
No. Slabs, rebates and deductions are illustrative assumptions with a last-updated date. They are not verified as current. Confirm on the Income Tax Department website or with a professional before filing.
Is this my actual net salary?
No. Employers differ on special allowances, variable pay, insurance and reimbursements. Treat this as a sketch, not a payslip.
Is HRA exemption applied?
Not in this salary tool. Use the HRA calculator, then the income-tax calculator, if you need that split.
